WELCOME TO POSITIVITY PROJECT
A movement built on MOVEMENT.
We believe that movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection are the keys to living a positive, fulfilling life!
We create experiences that will help kids (and families!) to grow stronger physically and mentally.
We are bringing back Gym Class Summer Camp for 2026 at Catasauqua High School, designed for kids going into grades 3-8.
Gym Class Summer Camp blends physical fitness, mental fitness, life skills, and FUN into an unforgettable summer experience. Through sports, movement, team building, and mindset experiences, campers build strength, confidence, and friendships that last far beyond the final whistle.
Live your Life... Love your Life!
WHAT CAMP LOOKS LIKE
Each day at Gym Class Summer Camp is designed to build both physical and mental fitness, while keeping summer FUN at the center of it all.
Our days begin with Morning Motivation with a theme of the day, along with journaling, and breath work to help campers focus and start their day off right. From there, we transition into stretching, warmups, and a mini interval style workout before heading outside for the sport of the day.
Campers rotate through Ultimate Frisbee, Soccer, Flag Football, Basketball, Volleyball, and more! They’ll also experience daily hikes, team-building challenges, and other high-energy activities that keep them moving, engaged, and smiling!
Through teamwork, communication, and shared experiences, campers strengthen social skills and build friendships that extend far beyond the gym!.
OUR IMPACT
We believe wellness isn’t just something kids practice for a week in the summer, it's something they carry with them for LIFE.
Through consistent movement, intentional mindset work, and supportive coaching, campers develop resilience, confidence, and habits that extend far beyond camp.
Our commitment is simple: help young people build physical fitness, mental fitness, and the belief in themselves that they are awesome.

OUR COMMITMENT
Positivity Project is dedicated to nurturing the mental and physical fitness of teenagers through outdoor activities and supportive mentorship. Our unique approach aims to instill a sense of positivity and well-being, creating a lasting impact on the lives of young individuals.

Michael Baclawski "Coach B"
Co-Founder and Coach, Positivity Project
Coach B brings over two decades of educational and athletic expertise to the Positivity Project. A 2004 graduate of Penn State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology (teacher-prep option), he went on to earn his M.Ed. in Alternative Education from Lock Haven University.
For the past 21 years, Coach B has served the Catasauqua Area School District as both a classroom educator and a dedicated coach. He’s spent that time being a leader in the classroom, in the gym, and on the soccer field, leading students and nurturing athletes from preschool through high school, and helping everyone develop skills, confidence, teamwork, and mindset.
Coach B’s passion for youth development extends far beyond the classroom or the soccer field. He believes in cultivating the whole child: supporting academic growth, character building, and emotional well-being so every student becomes the very best version of themselves. As co-founder of The Positivity Project, he’s committed to creating an environment where campers thrive physically, mentally, and socially.
Greg Duff "Coach Duff"
Coach, Positivity Project
Coach Duff brings 19 years of experience in education, currently serving as a Health and Physical Education teacher at Bethlehem Christian School, where he works with students in grades 3–12.
He’s coached boys and girls basketball at a wide variety of levels, currently the girl’s head coach at Bethlehem Christian, while also having experience in baseball, cross country, and track & field. Simply put — he’s done it all when it comes to youth sports and mentoring.
Coach Duff is passionate about helping kids unlock their full potential — not just on the field or in the gym, but in life. His energy, experience, and commitment to personal growth make him a perfect fit for Gym Class Summer Camp and the mission of the Positivity Project.
Ian Brawn "Coach Ian"
Coach, Positivity Project
Coach Ian is entering his senior year at Northampton Area High School and brings a passion for sports, leadership, and working with young athletes. Hockey has been a major part of Ian's life for the past 14 years. He currently plays for both the Lehigh Valley Phantoms Youth and the Northampton High School Ice Hockey Teams. Through hockey, he has traveled across the country competing against talented teams, building lifelong friendships, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Ian comes from a family dedicated to service. Both of his parents served in the United States Marine Corps, instilling in him the values of hard work, commitment, perseverance, and integrity. Those lessons have helped shape him into a dedicated student-athlete who strives to improve every day both in the classroom and on the ice.
Ian is CPR certified and enjoys working with children. He is excited to bring his energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude to Gym Class Summer Camp and looks forward to helping campers build confidence, stay active, and have fun ALL day EVERY day!
